About Us

Theatre On Skates Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting figure skating for individuals of all ages and all skating levels.  The principal purpose of the academy is to fosters and encourage growth and development in the performing arts for each member to achieve their highest potential in a safe and healthy environment whether it be on ice or on stage.  We do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, color, creed, religion, gender, age, disability or sexual orientation.  The academy is committed to providing equal opportunities and equal access to academy activities.

The academy is also dedicated to the education of its members and the general public on the health benefits of skating and healthy lifestyles utilizing Synthetic Ice as a way to enhance harmony and balance to theatrical stage performances.

We know that students who participate in the performing arts have greater self-confidence, improved literacy and greater problem-solving skills.

We are a member of U.S. Figure Skating's Learn to Skate USA program.

We offer group and private instruction to help skaters hone their skills.
